We consider taste, texture, colour and most importantly - is it easy to eat? You’ll find influences from around the globe on our canapé menus. A Funthyme canapé is bold and adventurous. A small bite with a big punch. We suggest between 8-12 bites per person made up of 6 canapé choices.

Fritto misto of prawn, hake and squid with lemon aioli

Potato latke, cream cheese, smoked salmon and pickled cucumber

Paella croqueta, saffron aioli, parsley

'Bacalla mantecato' whipped salt cod, panisse, black olive, parsley

Iberico pork katsu sando, tonkatsu sauce

Lamb scrumpets, mint chimichurri

Malaysian fried chicken, sweet soy and chilli

Sobrassada toast, padron pepper, honey

Brown butter toast solider with chicken liver parfait, cured egg yolk and hazelnut

Sardinian flatbread, prosciutto, wild mushrooms and thyme

Seared lamb cannon, salsa verde, crispy artichoke
