The Brief

Dave and Gareth knew exactly what they wanted and were a real pleasure to work with in the planning stages. Dave is from the deep south USA and Gareth has West Country and Scottish heritage so they loved the idea of a menu that represented them.

The Magic

We went to town on the theming of the canapes as we find that’s the part of the meal where we can be most conceptual. Dave really loves his home comfort food so we suggested classics like fried green tomatoes and remoulade. Dave even went as far as to have a special seasoning sent from America so we could serve a family favourite Spinach Dip! Dave and Gareth pulled together some amazing local suppliers for the decoration and the room looked incredible. Special shout to Petalon Flowers and London Bride.
