A Kiwi x Kenyan Indian Wedding

The Brief

For Ben and Meleen it was all about the heritage. Ben’s a kiwi and Maleen an Kenyan Indian and they loved the idea of reflecting that in their menu. They told me that they really enjoy to eat vibrant mediterranean and middle eastern cuisine so they were very open to our suggestion of a feasting menu for the main course.

Stoke Newington Reservoir Centre, London

The Magic

We created a bespoke starter called Mombasa Chicken for their starter and considering Ben’s heritage it only seemed right to serve lamb as the star of the feasting style main course.
