The evening will comprise of a chance to explore the Geffrye's displays of middle class rooms from 1600 to the present day followed by a 5 course meal in the restaurant featuring a key recipe from each century. Introducing each course will be Kate Colquhoun, food historian and and author of 'Taste - The Story of Britain Through Its Cooking'
