Contemporary jewellery shop Neony asked us to provide a canapes and drinks service for the launch of their shop on Goodge Street. 

We created a selection of ambient canapes including... Pistachio bacon brittle with crushed peas on rye; sweet harissa king prawn skewers with preserved lemon yoghurt; aubergine caponata tartlets with shaved parmesan; and honey and thyme glazed peaches wrapped in bresaola.
